Neil Young is returning his music to Spotify after over two years, citing the platform's deal with Joe Rogan as the reason for initially pulling his music. Despite his return, Young criticizes Spotify for its use of low-resolution audio files and hopes for improved sound quality. He had previously removed his music from the platform in protest of the spread of vaccine misinformation. Joe Rogan responded by stating he had no intention of promoting misinformation and was simply engaging in conversations on his podcast. As of now, Young's music has not yet reappeared on Spotify.
