Paul McCartney Urges Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson to Reunite for Tour
TL;DR
Paul McCartney has encouraged Geddy Lee and Alex Lifeson of Rush to go back on tour. The advice came after McCartney met the duo at a tribute show in London. Although McCartney wasn't familiar with Rush's music, he enjoyed their performance and bonded with Lee and Lifeson over drinks. McCartney emphasized the joy of touring and urged them to get back on the road. While there is no confirmation of a tour, Lee mentioned that they might not be comfortable using the name Rush and could consider alternative names.
