Phoebe Bridgers Launches Lost Weekend Planetarium Listening Event Series

Phoebe Bridgers unveiled a global “Lost Weekend” planetarium listening experience to preview her forthcoming album Lost Weekend (out August 14 via Dead Oceans). Beginning August 10, 40+ planetariums worldwide will host phone-free sessions featuring either a Babak Tafreshi dome show or a Laser Fantasy laser show, with a separate Spotify invite-only event in Jersey City. In tandem, more than 300 record stores will host midnight release parties on August 13. Lost Weekend marks Bridgers’ first solo album since 2020’s Punisher, with 16 tracks including the lead single “Lost Boys,” and she’ll take the material on tour with The Lost Tour (already sold out in the US and UK).
