TL;DR
Vanilla Ice’s performance at the Freedom 250 Great American State Fair was canceled Friday due to inclement weather in the Washington, D.C. area; the rest of the day’s festival activities were halted, there was no announced reschedule for his set, and the main stage was slated to be headlined by a U.S. Army jazz band ensemble instead.
