Secret Service Investigates John Schneider's Call for Public Hanging of Joe Biden

The Secret Service has opened an investigation into actor John Schneider after he made online statements calling for the public hanging of President Joe Biden and his son Hunter Biden. Schneider denies threatening the President and claims his comments were taken out of context. Threats against the President are considered a federal Class D felony and can result in up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine. The investigation is in its preliminary stage.
