"Prince William's Multi-Million Dollar Initiative to Build Homes for the Homeless in Cornwall"
TL;DR
Prince William plans to spend £3 million to build 24 social housing units in Nansledan, Cornwall, to combat homelessness, with a focus on creating a homely environment and promoting biodiversity. The project, inspired by his commitment to addressing homelessness, will be overseen by the Prince and is expected to provide wraparound services for residents. The initiative aims to set an example for other landowners and communities to follow, as Cornwall faces a housing shortage exacerbated by the pandemic and tourism.
