Cape Fear on Apple TV: A Tense, Unnerving Revenge Tale
TL;DR
Apple TV's Cape Fear reimagines John D. MacDonald's The Executioners as a claustrophobic, character-driven thriller led by Amy Adams as a defense attorney and Javier Bardem as a charismatic yet dangerous ex-con; the series probes betrayal, retribution, and privilege while delivering gripping performances and stylish direction, with the first two episodes debuting June 5 and subsequent installments airing weekly on Fridays.
