Las Vegas Earns Michelin Stars in 2026 Return

Las Vegas welcomed Michelin back for its first ceremony in 17 years, awarding L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Guy Savoy, and É by José Andrés one star, with Joël Robuchon earning two stars; Bib Gourmand honors went to China Poblano, Esther's Kitchen, and Yen Viet Kitchen. The broader 2026 Southwest guide also lists picks across Nevada and nearby states, including Anima by Edo, Bouchon, Cote Las Vegas, Estiatorio Milos, Gymkhana, Kabuto, Kame Omakase, Lamaii, Michael Mina, Mott 32, Partage, Pho Ga Bac Bac, Ping Pang Pong, Soulbelly BBQ, Sparrow and Wolf, Stubborn Seed, and Wing Lei, plus a Michelin Service Award to Joël Robuchon’s Sean Christopher. This marks the guide’s return after the initial 2008-2009 Las Vegas run.
