"Ear-EEG Device Offers Early Detection of Neurodegenerative Disorders"

The PANDA project, funded by Innovation Fund Denmark, aims to develop an ear-EEG device that can detect signs of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases 10 to 15 years before symptoms occur. The device can be used at home over a longer period of time, allowing researchers to track changes in sleep patterns and treatment effects. If successful, the project could lead to more effective treatment options for patients with neurodegenerative disorders.
