"Chemical in Women's Tears Linked to Reduced Male Aggression"

A study from the Weizmann Institute of Science has discovered that chemicals in women's tears can significantly reduce aggression in men. When men sniffed the tears, aggressive behavior during a game designed to provoke such reactions fell by nearly half. This research adds to previous findings that women's tears lower men's testosterone and arousal levels, suggesting an evolutionary defense mechanism to protect women from male hostility.
