Fatal Crashes Claim Lives of Women in Alabama

Katherine Montroy, a 62-year-old woman from Gassville, has died from injuries sustained in a one-vehicle accident in northern Baxter County. The accident occurred on June 11 when the vehicle she was driving crossed the center line, struck a warning sign and a tree. Her passenger, 79-year-old John Montroy, was also injured and transported to Baxter Health.
