Frankfort toddler dies in domestic-related homicide as mother is hospitalized after self-harm attempt

A 2-year-old boy died in a Frankfort home in a domestic-related homicide; his mother was found at the scene attempting to harm herself and was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Five others were transported from the home as detectives investigate, and the identities of those involved have not been released as the case remains under investigation.
