Rochester slur case ends with single disorderly conduct conviction

An Olmsted County jury found Shiloh Hendrix guilty of one count of disorderly conduct for a viral Rochester playground outburst in which she used a racial slur toward an 8-year-old boy with autism; she was acquitted on a charge tied to a child. Hendrix faces a sentence including supervised probation, 90 days in jail (stayed), 200 hours of community service, and a $1,000 fine for the incident at Roy Sutherland Playground near Soldier’s Field Park on April 28, 2025.
