3-year-old critically injured after shooting herself in the eye with father's gun in East Germantown

A 3-year-old girl in Philadelphia's Germantown neighborhood accidentally shot herself in the eye with her father's unsecured gun, leaving her in extremely critical condition. She was transported to Einstein Medical Center and then airlifted to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children.
