"Armed and dangerous" Morrisville suspect still at large after shootout with Vermont police

Vermont police are searching for a 24-year-old man, Henry Lovell, who exchanged fire with an officer responding to a domestic disturbance call in Morrisville. Lovell fled the scene on foot with a shotgun in hand and entered a nearby Veterans of Foreign Wars post, where a patron wrestled the weapon from him. Lovell is still at large and considered "potentially armed and dangerous." Area schools were closed, and residents were asked to avoid the area. The officer sustained minor injuries and was treated and released from a hospital.
