Arrest made in Owatonna homicide case.

Jason Lee Horner has been charged with murder and prohibited possession of a firearm in connection with the shooting of Sabrina Lee Schnoor, his ex-partner, who was found dead under an I-35 overpass in southern Minnesota. Police say Horner had physically abused Schnoor in the past and had threatened her life. Schnoor had shared her real-time location with a friend using an app called Life360, and surveillance video showed Schnoor and Horner leaving a store together before her body was discovered. Horner is currently being held in Steele County Jail.
