Chicago community shaken after two women found dead in shopping carts.

The body of 21-year-old Rosa Chacon, who had been missing since January, was found wrapped and tied up in a shopping cart in an alley on Chicago's southwest side. Her family identified her by her tattoos. The cause of death is yet to be determined. The family had reported her missing to the police, but they say authorities did little to help them. Community activists are offering a $15,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction in the case.
