The Colorado State Patrol has released videos detailing the events leading up to a deadly crash involving a stolen trooper's vehicle. The suspect, identified as Anthony Alphonso Sanchez III, was initially arrested but managed to escape from the back of the patrol car and flee in the stolen vehicle.
