Controversial Probation Sentence for Serial Attacker in Austin, Texas

Antonio Rios, a man facing numerous indecent exposure charges, including exposing himself to a child, has been given 10 years of probation by Travis County District Attorney Jose Garza, who ran on a platform of criminal justice reform. Rios broke a woman's leg in four places while chasing after her and masturbating, leaving her unable to walk for four months. Despite copping to aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury, Rios was not even released with a GPS-monitoring device. Lynn Isaak, the woman he attacked, slammed the sentence as too soft.
