Day care worker arrested for filming child abuse in Maryland

A Maryland day care worker, identified as Kayla Greenwell, was arrested for allegedly filming a video of herself kicking and yanking a child at an Oxon Hill center. The video was filmed on Wednesday and showed Greenwell using her foot to move a child, yanking the child by the arm, dropping the child onto a mattress, and kicking the mattress which led to the child falling off. Greenwell was charged with multiple counts of child abuse and assault and is in the custody of the Department of Corrections.
