Detroit Gas Station Mass Shooting Leaves Multiple Victims Dead and Injured

A man in Detroit shot three customers, killing one, at a gas station after his credit card was declined for a less than $4 purchase and the clerk locked him inside. The alleged shooter, Samuel McCray, was on probation for a weapons charge at the time of the shooting and suffers from severe mental illness, according to his attorney. McCray was arrested the next day after disposing of the gun and planning to get rid of his phone. The gas station has been closed due to being unlicensed.
