DNA evidence leads to arrest in decade-old Boston serial rape case.

A suspect in the sexual assaults of four women in Boston over a decade ago has been identified and charged after DNA analysis. Matthew Nilo, who now lives in New Jersey, was identified as the suspect after revisiting the cases last year. Investigators were able to obtain utensils and drinking glasses Nilo used at a corporate event, and the Boston Police Crime Lab pulled a DNA profile from one of the glasses, which matched the suspect profile in the three rape cases. Nilo has pleaded not guilty and his attorney has suggested he may challenge the legality of the FBI's evidence collection.
