Domestic dispute turns deadly: Toddler killed in shooting of woman and children.

One of the charges against a suspect in the shooting of a woman and her two young daughters in their North Side home has been upgraded to capital murder. San Antonio police have confirmed that one of the children has died. The suspect, Stephen Michael Clare, 50, also faces two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The shootings happened around 7 p.m. Monday inside the family’s home, and police arrested Clare a short time later at his home. The case is being labeled as a domestic violence case.
