Drug Busts in South Carolina Lead to Multiple Arrests

A South Carolina man, Romeo Thompson, was arrested in his bedroom after deputies found evidence of drug trafficking in his home. The search warrant led to the discovery of a baggie containing methamphetamine, 349 blue fentanyl pills, and 25 grams of methamphetamine. Thompson is facing charges of trafficking methamphetamine and fentanyl, as well as possession of cocaine and other controlled substances. The fentanyl trafficking charges carry a mandatory 25-year prison sentence.
