"Escaped Inmate Deemed 'Armed and Dangerous' Flees Kentucky Facility"

Authorities are searching for Kyle Aaron Skaggs, an "armed and dangerous" inmate who allegedly escaped from a home incarceration program at the Hope Center for Men in Lexington. Skaggs had been released from incarceration and placed in the program. He had pleaded guilty to possession of a firearm as a convicted felon and was sentenced to two years in prison. The Fleming County Sheriff's Office is asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact them or the Kentucky State Police.
