Fatal Encounter: Albuquerque Police Fatally Shoot Suspected Stabber

Albuquerque police shot and killed Jeramiah Salyards, a man suspected of stabbing someone, after he allegedly ran from police while armed with a knife. Two bystanders at a bus stop were also hit by gunfire. Salyards had a criminal history, including a previous stabbing incident in 2020.
