Fatal shooting in Minneapolis' Elliot Park neighborhood.

A man was shot in Minneapolis' Elliot Park neighborhood and later died at the hospital. Police believe the victim and the suspected shooter knew each other and that there are no outstanding threats to the public. The police have a suspect in mind and are following several leads but have not identified the shooter publicly yet. Neighbors helped perform life-saving efforts until emergency responders arrived.
