Fatal Subway Altercation Leaves One Dead in NYC

A man who was allegedly harassing subway riders in NoHo died after a 24-year-old passenger stepped in to subdue him. The altercation happened on the F train at the Broadway-Lafayette Street station. The 30-year-old man lost consciousness and never regained it. He was taken to Lenox Hill Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. The 24-year-old man's narrative is being corroborated by other passengers on the train. Police are investigating the incident and awaiting autopsy results on the deceased man. So far, no charges have been filed against the 24-year-old man.
