Father Arrested After Using Son as Shield in Iowa Standoff

Brandon Duong is charged with second-degree kidnapping while armed with a dangerous weapon after allegedly taking his 7-year-old son Bryson from school and using him as a hostage during a standoff near Remsen, Iowa.
