Florida Woman Indicted for Murder in 'Ambush' Shooting of Ex-Husband

Shanna Gardner-Fernandez, the ex-wife of a Florida man who was shot and killed in an "ambush" while his toddler was in the car, has been indicted on charges of first-degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, solicitation to commit murder, and child abuse. She was arrested in Washington and will be extradited to face the charges. The victim's husband, Mario Fernandez-Saldana, was previously arrested and indicted in the case. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for both defendants. Another man, Henry Tenon, has pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in connection with the killing.
