Georgia man arrested for assault at Panama City Beach pizzeria.

A Georgia man, Dustin Alexander McDowell, was arrested in Panama City Beach for putting a man in a chokehold until he passed out in the parking lot of a Marco's Pizza. Witnesses reported the assault to the police, who were able to track down McDowell using the description of his pickup truck. McDowell later admitted to the incident and has been charged with assault.
