Groom sues bars and driver in fatal DUI crash that killed bride on wedding night.

The groom who lost his wife in a fatal car accident just hours after their wedding has filed a wrongful death suit against the alleged drunk driver and several bars that overserved her. The driver was over three times the legal blood-alcohol limit at the time of the crash and had been served alcohol at several bars before the accident. The suit is also an injury suit on behalf of the groom and two relatives who were also riding in the golf cart and suffered permanent injuries. The driver has been charged with three felony DUIs resulting in great bodily injury or harm and one count of reckless homicide.
