Jurors to Inspect Duxbury Home in Lindsay Clancy Case

A Massachusetts judge orders the jury in Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial to tour the Duxbury home where her three children were killed, allowing only prosecutors, defense lawyers, the judge, jurors and needed staff access and restricting touching or opening items. The exterior and select interior rooms will be viewable as part of the trial, which features opening statements from both sides and testimony from Clancy’s ex-husband about her postpartum mental health. The 18-person jury (12 women, 6 men) will be escorted and the property will be secured by state and local police. The case, involving three counts of murder, has drawn national attention to issues of mental health and accountability.
