
Jury pool tightens as Clancy trial advances toward insanity defense
Prospective jurors are undergoing an unusually thorough screening in Plymouth Superior Court as Lindsay Clancy, the Duxbury mother accused of killing her three children, moves toward trial. Clancy, who admits to strangling her children but pleads not guilty by reason of insanity, says she suffered severe postpartum mental illness and heard a voice directing the killings.
