Kidnapped Ithaca woman killed in Virginia police shootout.

Tatiana David, who was abducted from Ithaca on her birthday, has been found dead after a shootout between her alleged abductor, Michael Davis, and Virginia State Police. The pair were spotted in a white Jeep Cherokee with the wrong plates on it and had been flagged as wanted in New York for the abduction of a woman. Davis opened fire at troopers after crashing the Jeep into the woods, and both he and David were injured. Davis is in critical condition at Inova Fairfax Hospital.
