Lansing Boy's Alleged $1 Request Ends in Fatal Shooting

A 15-year-old boy in Lansing, Michigan, has been charged with open murder, felony firearm, and carrying a concealed weapon after allegedly shooting and killing a 63-year-old man. According to a witness, the shooting occurred after the teenager asked the victim for a dollar. Surveillance videos captured the incident, showing the suspect and two others fleeing the scene. The witness identified the teenager as the shooter, and a search of his home revealed a handgun matching the casings found at the scene.
