Man Arrested for Critically Injuring Dog in San Jose Road Rage Incident

A man has been arrested in San Jose after a road rage incident that resulted in a dog being injured. The incident occurred on November 11 when two men initiated a road rage dispute with another car. Video footage shows the suspects slamming into the victim's vehicle and one of them jumping onto the rear windshield, shattering it and causing glass to get into the dog's eye. The suspect, identified as Armando Cano, has been charged with felony vandalism, battery, and animal abuse.
