Man Throws $200K in Cash Out of Car Window to Bless Others on Oregon Freeway

A man in Eugene, Oregon, identified as Colin Davis McCarthy, threw around $200,000 in cash out of a speeding car onto the interstate. The money belonged to McCarthy and his family, and he drained their shared bank account in cash before throwing it out. Although people are still searching for the money, police said it has all been accounted for. McCarthy is not facing any charges, and troopers considered charging him with disorderly conduct or reckless endangering but ultimately chose not to do so. McCarthy told troopers he did it because he was "doing well" and wanted to share the money with others.
