Kenneth DeHart, accused of fatally shooting a Tennessee deputy during a traffic stop, has been captured in Knoxville after a manhunt. DeHart is facing charges of first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, and felon in possession of a firearm. The shooting occurred during a traffic stop in Maryville, where DeHart allegedly produced a gun and fired shots, killing Deputy Greg McCowan and injuring Deputy Shelby Eggers. Eggers has since been released from the hospital, while DeHart is now in custody.
