Manhunt underway after 6-year-old and parents shot over basketball in North Carolina yard

A 6-year-old girl, her parents, and a neighbor were shot by a North Carolina man after a basketball rolled into his yard. The suspect, Robert Louis Singletary, allegedly fired at a neighbor before approaching the father and child. Singletary is charged with four counts of attempted murder, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon. The victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment. Singletary is still on the loose, and a statewide search is underway.
