Manhunt underway for 4 suspects in shooting that injured child and man

Four suspects are on the run after a shooting at an apartment complex in San Antonio left a 6-year-old child and a man hospitalized. The victims were struck by gunfire in their lower extremities and their injuries are non-life-threatening.
