Missing 4-year-old girl found safe after Amber Alert in Massachusetts.

A 4-year-old girl who was taken by her biological mother, Brandee Arnold, in violation of her custody agreement, prompting an Amber Alert, has been found safe in the town of Cheshire, Massachusetts. Arnold, who has made both suicidal and homicidal statements in the past, is in police custody and will be transported to Springfield police, who have jurisdiction over the kidnapping incident. The Massachusetts State Police had urgent concern for the child's safety and well-being.
