Mother's alleged shoplifting leads to car fire with children inside

A Florida woman has been charged with aggravated child neglect and arson after her car caught fire while she was allegedly shoplifting at a mall. Alicia Moore parked her car outside a Dillard’s department store and left her children inside the vehicle. Bystanders rescued the children from the car, and one child suffered first-degree burns. Moore dropped the merchandise and fled the store when she saw her car engulfed in flames. She is being held on $40,000 bail.
