Mothers charged with giving young children fatal doses of fentanyl.

A Michigan woman, Chavon Caprice Boone, has been charged with murder and other crimes related to the death of her 4-year-old son, Anthony Scott Upshaw Jr. Boone allegedly gave her son narcotics, which resulted in fatal cardiac arrest. The child was taken to a hospital for treatment but did not survive. Boone turned herself in for the murder of Anthony and was arrested. She was charged with felony murder, first-degree child abuse, and delivery of a narcotic causing death.
