"Multi-state manhunt ends with arrest of Mississippi escapee in Texas"

One of the four inmates who escaped from a Mississippi detention center was arrested in Spring Valley, Texas, after a multi-state manhunt. The other three inmates had been incarcerated for a range of felony charges, most involving theft. One of them died after barricading himself in a central Mississippi home and setting it on fire during an armed standoff with deputies. Two others remain on the loose.
