Multiple Arrests Made in Connection to North St. Paul Shooting

Three people have been charged in connection with the shooting of Anthony R. Rojas in North St. Paul, Minnesota. Steven Lawrence Terry and La Vida Rose Martinez were charged with second-degree murder, while Kimberly Nicole Terry was charged with possessing a gun without a serial number. Rojas was found dead in an apartment with a gunshot wound to his head. Investigators found a shotgun, a bulletproof vest, and two open and empty gun safes in the same hallway as his body. The suspects are in custody, but two others involved in the incident are still at large.
