Multiple Florida Arrests Made for Animal Cruelty and Neglect

A Florida couple has been arrested on thirteen counts of animal cruelty after their home was found covered in feces, urine, and garbage. Deputies discovered the unsanitary conditions after responding to a complaint from Code Enforcement about junk and garbage accumulation outside the house. The couple's two children were also found living in the filth, with feces stuck to their feet. The children and pets have been removed from the home and placed in safer environments.
