Multiple Incidents of Violence and Accidents in Colorado Springs

A man in a wheelchair, identified as Michael Laino, was arrested by the Colorado Springs Police Department after randomly shooting at multiple homes in downtown Colorado Springs. Four homes were hit by gunfire, but no one was injured. Laino will be booked into the El Paso County Jail on multiple counts of illegal discharge of a firearm and prohibited use of weapons.
