Mysterious Death of Woman Near Cincinnati Bus Terminal Revealed

The Hamilton County Coroner's Office has identified the woman found dead near Government Square in downtown Cincinnati as 51-year-old Felicia Torrey. Robert Harris, 33, has been arrested and charged with murder in connection with her death. During a court hearing, prosecutors stated that Harris admitted to strangling the victim. He is currently held in the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $175,000 bond, with his next court date set for October 12th.
