NC man accused of shooting child and parents arrested in Florida, appears in court.

Robert Louis Singletary, accused of shooting a child, her mother, and father after a ball rolled into his yard, turned himself in to Hillsborough County authorities after a 48-hour search. Singletary appeared in court and will be extradited to North Carolina to face four counts of attempted first-degree murder, assault with a deadly weapon, and possession of a firearm. The child's father is in serious condition, and Singletary's motive for driving to Tampa to surrender is unclear.
